Vista Sureno Apartments

I’ve had such a positive experience living at Vista Sureno, and a big part of that is because of Kiylea. Since she’s become the manager, she’s consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of, even with things I wouldn’t normally think to ask about. She’s incredibly accommodating, easy to talk to, and has such a bright, positive personality. She’s a big reason I renewed my lease for another year and why I really enjoy being here. Her colleague (the leasing agent I’m so sorry I forgot her name) is also amazing and together they make a great team. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and it makes a big difference!

Listen, when I tell you Property Manager Kylea did Me Right!!! I have been at Vista Sureno for almost 3 years, recently i needed to transfer to a bigger unit.. Kylea made the transition so easy and reassuring, I was at a loss of words. She accommodated all my requests, and went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. She was Kind, curtious, helpful, understanding, and accomodating to my wants and needs. Previous Management, I could get NOTHING done. As soon as I present something, she IS ON TOP OF IT!!!!! This is my first apartment. I am a current resident here this apartment complex went through about three managers within my first year, living here and the recent manager Kelly or Kylie is very unprofessional not helpful when you try to communicate about billing issues or any issues To the apartments, she tends to not listen. She talks over you. I had recently asked for HR number from her due to unprofessional behavior from her. She told me “HR has nothing to do with this intense to hang up the phone “ i had to get HR number from one of the lady’s upfront the next day due to the office already closing in 15minutes maintenance. Here is very poor here you can put a work order in and it won’t be done for weeks. You have to keep calling the office maintenance is very unprofessional. The second

Kylea, Property Manager of Vista Sureno in Phoenix, AZ, was instrumental and exceptionally accommodating in expediting our approval and move into our new apartment at Vista Sureno. She was extremely helpful and meticulous with all the online paperwork and signatures that were required from us and guided us every step of the way until the entire process was completed! She also took the time, despite her hectic schedule, to give us a guided tour of the apartment complex and answered all of our questions to our complete satisfaction! Her welcoming smile, cheerful disposition and willingness to expedite the process made our move into Vista Sureno so easy, comfortable and exciting! Kylie came in and cleaned house. Thank you, Kylie. It was MUCH needed. This place was circling the drain and now it's absolutely a pleasure to come home... Stress free. I think I might just re-up my lease again. 🫶🏽
