I am extremely dissatisfied with Vista’s handling of a billing issue. I was charged a $30 NSF fee even though my rent payment was successfully processed and cleared. The issue appears to have been caused by a limitation in Vista’s payment system, where a recurring payment could not be canceled once triggered, forcing me to submit a one-time payment for the same amount to make sure my rent was paid on time. I explained this clearly multiple times by text and followed up again and again, but instead of actually addressing the problem, I kept receiving generic, automated responses but even after a full week, no real solution was provided. No one took real ownership of the issue, no one gave a meaningful explanation, and no one made any real effort to resolve it. This is extremely frustratin

Bf moved in here in August 2024. So far as of Jan 2025 since I’ve been w him- our E bike was stolen from the front porch- thieves were able to come into our gated community easily and steal from me and other neighbors.& just this very week I had my car vandalized as an obvious attempted break in. I tried to get ahold of someone who can actually do something like install cameras and actually get a security guard company to stop by and patrol. I’ve had multiple issues with people breaking in and digging through the trash bins of the complex. I tried to call & tell the management about the break in attempt of my car and for the e-bike theft. Barely any sort of action or let alone apology for this happening. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager Nancy Arreola at Vista Park Apartments has been extremely negative. She takes advantage of her position and acts as if she were the owner of the property, making decisions that are unfair and beyond her authority. While all tenants are only allowed one parking space and must pay extra for an additional space, she uses four apartments located near hers for her family. Meanwhile, the rest of the tenants are forced to park far away, even though we all pay rent that is not cheap. This is completely unfair and an abuse of her authority. Additionally, there is at least one family whose apartment was taken from them without proper justification. She claimed it was due to “noise,” however, this is completely false. Extremely disapppointed management !!!!!!!! Dear Vista Owner, Are you reallly take care of the living stay of your resident??? If you have good team management at your property, I would not write this review There were water pipe damage happened from upstairs right in the week of July 4th. It not our fault, but we have to deal this incident. We just had a horrible nightmare and had to control our mental health in the past few weeks. We can only contact with the service guys to come and take a look our damages after the week of July 4th. We were very patient and understand people will need to break during weekend and agree to wait utill someone can come and talk to us. But be more resposinble to your resident!!! Toured this complex and it was very nice. The office staff was friendly and I saw maintenance cleaning around the complex which was nice to see. The apartments were clean and smelled really good. I love that there is a washer and dryer in unit. Will be applying in the near future!
