Vista Ridge at Lake Lanier

If I could give the apartment complex 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd year here and we’ve had and ongoing issue since I’ve moved in. The water pipe busts every month just about and they will not reimburse for the unused water that flows out. I’ve been calling everyday for almost 3 weeks now and they keep telling me they’re working on it with no actual evidence of such. They’re offering free rent to move in but can’t even keep up with the tenants they have here. I highly recommend not moving here. I also want to add that our rent has actually gone up $50 dollars since we renewed our lease just to find out that the going rate for the same layout as my apartment is now $1,150 which is $425 difference!!

I just moved into Vista Ridge, and the staff has been absolutely incredible-from the office team to the maintenance crew. They guided me through every step of the process, from the application to the move-in day, making everything smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team has been especially helpful, quickly addressing any concerns and taking the time to explain everything clearly. I am really pleased with their service and so glad I chose Vista Ridge as my new home!

The new management team has been a breath of fresh air—professional, attentive, and committed to creating a positive experience for residents. Communication is clear, and any questions or needs are handled quickly, which really sets this community apart. The townhomes themselves are stunning, with spacious layouts, modern finishes, and incredible views of Lake Lanier. It’s rare to find a place that combines style, comfort, and such a beautiful natural setting. Living here feels like the perfect balance between everyday convenience and a lakeside retreat. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home in the area!

I’ve lived at Vista Ridge for a couple of years and have had very few issues during my time here. The neighbors are wonderful, and the staff has always been extremely helpful. Martin and the maintenance team are quick to respond to any request, whether it’s a small adjustment or an urgent matter. Life at Vista Ridge is quiet and peaceful, and the Vista Ridge team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable.

Remarkable staff!!! Resident manager is so on her toes! She has resolved any situation that occurred. The maintenance staff is very courteous and prompt. Large townhomes with beautiful Lake Lanier views.
