Vista Point Apartments

Justin H. Stayed here for a about a year, the previous problems mentioned by others seemed to have been improved on. There are still children playing, a good thing in my book. The quiet hours were indeed quiet and everyone had a friendly atmosphere.

I’ve lived in this complex for a while and unfortunately there are several ongoing issues that future residents should be aware of. The walls are very thin you can hear conversations, footsteps, and TVs from neighboring units. If you’re looking for a peaceful or quiet environment this may not be the right fit especially with children frequently running and playing in the parking lot. Lighting in the buildings is quite poor, making hallways feel dim and uninviting. Each unit is assigned one parking spot but enforcement is lacking and people often park wherever they want leading to unnecessary frustration. Additionally many residents keep personal items and clutter in front of their doors which makes the walkways feel messy and unkempt. Security is also a concern. While there’s a gate it’s o

Ed, Brian, and Sharon are all great. They were kind and helpful. Briana (the office manager) is not. We lived here for 2 years and I didn’t have a single interaction with her that I enjoyed. I’m not sure if she didn’t like me and my family or she just has one of those personalities that comes off rude and insincere. I don’t recommend here solely because of Briana’s management style.

I loved living here. Colleen does a wonderful job at making sure everything looks nice and rules are being followed. They are very nice apartments and I’m going to miss living there :(. Highly recommend them.

The management is very nice and the apartment manager is very understanding and patient. I recommend any military person to move there she is very understanding of military lifestyle plus it is secured/gated community.
