Vista Pines Apartments

I was referred by a previous resident who is a close friend of mine. I just moved in maybe about a month ago and Greysh has been extremely helpful from start to finish. It’s quiet and the property is clean. Whenever I have an issue all my questions have been answered in a timely manner.

Vista pines is the worst. Customer service is not there key point. Of being on my own for 27 years this was the worst move. No communication skills. They messed up on my daughter paper work. Concord rent need to do better x this is not my first stay with concord rents.Maintenance is horrible i been here since 10/31 all my maintenance concerns havenot been resolve. For 2200 dollars a month there should not have been a concern or issue at all.

The ppl that work here are absolutely amazing my family have never been so happy and blessed to move in omg this is going to be another book without an ending I walked around got a great feeling of the place fell in absolute love with everything I was crying I was so happy and the staff here are unbelievably amazing just everyone thank you so much omg I have some amazing pics and each building gets a bike rack and the inside of the apartment it looks amazing and gorgeous.

This complex is very good place to live with your family! Is clean and open space. The rent is still good. Here in Florida for the same Apt have to pay 70% more!! I do my homework!🤭 the only complaint is the person who walks the dogs and no clean after. The personal who works here have to clean for them.

Terrible service! They have you talking to an AI "representative" in emails. Also they never get back to you even if you ask them on email. If you have a pest problem on Tuesday wait at least a week because they are only there on Monday. They need to improve their service if they want people to fill those apartments.
