Great community to live in. Maria is wonderful she offers excellent service and is very professional. We have live here for over a year and we have never had issues with this complex is a wonderful place to call home. I really recommend this apartments.

Very bad service they don’t take care of the apartments whene they need to fix something they just fix for one or two days , then you have to complain again and again and they are very un respectful whit the customer without any single respect in special case this woman Andrea the one is supervisor and who have any good behavior for talk with people….. something more there in office they overcharge to people for pet double in my case they charge me 400$ and in contract shows 200. I really don’t recommend this community.

Very disappointed with service each person working in office is with rude attitude and bad behavior specially Andrea she is very bad , I am leaving in this community for 2 year while signing lease they was very nice but after that they are rude for any maintenance I have to complain 4 times and last time for refrigerator I complained 5 times but no permanent solution , as well as keeping for pet they charge 400$ as the agreement shows 200$ .

I am going on my 4th year in this apartment community! The apartment units are nice Everyone in the apartments are polite! The office they do there best to solve any issues & they always answer the phone! The maintenance men are always fast with fulfilling maintenance request! They are great at keeping the property’s upkeep at great standards even with some tenants trashing the grass and parking lots! Pest Control is every Thursday Upon request! The area is okay! There is some crime in the area as of lately but that’s all of Houston! Pretty quiet at night! Local stores & dining nearby very convenient. Downsides: Gym only open during business hours- Pool only open during the summer & it doesn’t stay open to late during the week- Limited Visitor Parking Spots, Hard to find parking late at n
