Vista Oaks Apartments

Lived here for 2 years moved out about 6 months ago. Apartment was honestly terrible happy I got out of there. Laundry was always full of dog hair and random stuff. Our apartment had mold all in the bathroom and we reported it a couple of times and they would just come paint over it 😭. Rent is completely outrageous for tiny amount of space you get and crappy amenities. The hot tub doesn't even get hot and the pool looked nasty majority of the time. Ghetto activities all the time would happen outside from police, fights and screaming neighbors. The fridge is literally mini and stove. We did have cockroaches getting in some how from behind the fridge and that was absolutely disgusting. If you need a quick place to stay for a few months that's cool but I recommend not to stay here too long th

I lived here for about a year and I had a wonderful experience. It was my first time renting out and had all the amenities needed in my studio as a full time teacher. Very cozy and very close to grocery stores, eateries, gas, and parks. Parking is also literally right outside my unit. So convenient. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool area. Jacuzzi gets so hot, very relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely move back if I needed to. I also love Marsada, the office manager. She’s helpful, prompt, and very kind.

Lived here for a year. Best place to be! Studios are nice, spacious and upgraded. Property is nice and clean. Beautiful pool, and laundry. Management is amazing, Marsada does a great job keeping this property in great condition, great communicator and always very helpful. Great place if your looking for an nice studio and some peace of mind.

Dirty carpets!! Otherwise in good condition. The beds are not very comfortable. You may or may not get a microwave. The refrigerators are very small. But they work. Showers are weird unless you are under 5 feet tall. Temperature of water fluctuates. Air conditioner doesn't work all that great. They charge to much for what you get. If you use or need WiFi you must get a little piece of paper with a code for two people only. If you have more than 2 people then you need two codes for every 2 people in your family. The TVs are just okay but they work. The volume control on the remotes do not work so you need to do volume at the TV. For quietness sometimes people are loud but not too bad. Sometimes some person will knock on your door, so beware of that. It does have a pool but I'd beware of it.

They close the jacuzzi down at this time of year 😕 . Breakfast is really just donuts and coffee. But we never saw any donuts. They only made a little bit of coffee . I'm just glad there was something for my kids to watch while the packing was being done. And the the lady staff working the front desk was super nice
