Vista Meadows Apartments

No wonder it's 2.2 but ppl still want to rent. No pool they don't care they just want ur money. One lady said she don't care sleep in the hotel another day but sure did take my money. I just needed an apartment for now but they told me that apartments were leaking and they didn't care they didn't clean them out maybe I should call OSHA today

DON’T MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS! This place is for people who need a quick place to stay. This is not somewhere you can turn in to a home. The management and maintenance is terrible. You will spend your whole lease trying to get things fixed. There is bird crap and mice and bug problems. If your ac goes out, or there is a leak you could spend a very long time living like that. I told Valerie I was going to report her to the city because I’ve gone the whole summer without ac, despite making multiple maintenance reports. Her smart mouth decided to say “ if I was you, I would have done it a long time ago.” The main office lady said that. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! HUGE MOLD PROBLEM IN ALL BUILDING UNITS!! They will not do anything about it as well all the residents have either mold in their vents,restrooms or washer dryer connection. They take forever to fix things! I have been living with mold for 2 years now, my bathroom leaks, my garbage disposal leaks, my dishwasher leaks and goes out to the front door area. My ac has been gross they've never cleaned it! The ac leaks yellow water now and has messed up my entire bedroom floor! Everyone has a NATT ISSUE! EVERYONE!! there is no pool either they concreted it up! Keep COPIES of all your stuff!!! They will forge papers 📃!!!

I’m just trying to ask a question!! I put an application in and I haven’t heard anything back. I put it in last Wednesday and it’s almost been a week.. I called the office different times once or twice. I even emailed where I sent my information and still nobody’s gotten back to me. If it’s no, just say that. But not answering the phone it’s not OK. And I can understand if she has an emergency and it’s not in the office ! I could even understand if she gave the apartment away I need my $60 back because I was applying for that apartment ..

In reality -5⭐ rate! This apartment complex claims I broke the lease and caused damage to the property, when I CLEARLY DID NOT. Why would they have given me my deposit back if I did that. I reached out to them for information on their claims and I didn't got an answer back from them.
