We have been working with Andreas Nagy and Vista Loans for over 10 years. On our first deal, Andreas got us an amazing loan when other brokers could not. We have refinanced with them as the economy and market supported...always with Andreas watching out for us that we were being smart. Last year, we sold and then purchased a new home. Awesome service for refinancing twice with Andreas! Each time, Andreas walked me through the process, cost details and answered my many questions to help me to feel totally comfortable with the refinancing process. One of the most important elements to any big purchase is trusting those you're working with. Trust, that they see you have a mutually shared interest in you getting the best rates and terms possible. That they know the ins and outs of the process. Andreas and his team were amazing throughout the whole process. I was originally approved with another broker. They told me one rate, and when it came time to move forward that rate increased nearly half a point and it was going to cost me $4k. Enter Andreas and VIsta Loans. Not only did they save me nearly AN ENTIRE POINT in rate, he also got me addition funds to apply toward closing costs. Who does this?
