Vista Grande Apartments

Very nice low income building. Staff is friendly. Big problem is no parking for guests or valet parking either. Overall is a very good place.

I visit a friend here many times each week. The bldg is always clean, quiet and with some nice views from the balconies. Downfalls are cannot find mgt people

The view is fantastic, well allow me to be more precise, the building around are fantastic. If I've to rate the other building around, this will fit the bill.

The staff it's very disrespectful and unprofessional , I went to get some information regards the apartments and one of their employees stoped me at the entrance and asked me what do I want ??? Like really that's your poor customer service?? Not even a "how can I help you" ? .. after I said I need information they call another lady her name is Silvia Milian apparently she is the property manager.. she said ohh there is nothing available until probably 3 years from now, I asked if they have some type of information like a brochure or something and she said not we don't have anything , then I asked if they have an online pg and she handled me a business card. She was very arrogant and unprofessional as she was responding she was with a nasty attitude and don't even let us sit . Really bad
