Vista Del Sol Apartments

Moved in Dec 2024. Quiet, respectful neighbors. Clean grounds, responsive to work orders. I have never had an issue getting anything repaired . Its usually completed in 1-2 days. All the workers are MEXICAN - so NO ONE is RACIST. Lots of people of color here. Pool is always clean - nice laundry facility on site . I work late hours and have never had issues feeling safe walking from the driveway to my door. I have a beautiful 1 bedroom with nice size balcony on a corner lot. The management is on site and Anita is wonderful to deal with - all of the prop management people are awesome. I love it here.

The main issue of this complex of apartments is the property manager. If you want to have him happy, then you better not complain about anything. It is so difficult for him to understand that things need to be fixed once in a while. He's rude and grumpy. Just a fair warning.

Jamar Power Systems installed new LED lighting throughout the complex. Very safely lit up at night.

Something to remind the property manager is that all windows back and front were not air tight. I hope they've fixed it by now.
