This place is clean and calm, with strong A/C and easy parking. Two small issues were handled the same day by a friendly maintenance team. Great value for the location with a handy gym and basketball court

Living here was great. Maintenance was available to take care of issues quickly and everyone here is very friendly. Theres a basketball court and a gym that I use as well. For the price you cant beat it

Very thankful for Monica helping me out! Loved how they newly remodeled the apartment inside amongst the parking areas newly done, swimming pool, basketball court, gym, tennis court and volley ball court! Totally recommend.

I've only lived here for a couple of weeks but the neighborhood is quiet. The area is nice and close to stores. The ladies I talked to seem very nice and were VERY reasonable with my dogs. I do have some complaints such as the apartment I got is not remodeled. I can see that I got the "landlord special" and I mean that the apartment was quickly patched up and no one took the time to make the place tidy. It was "ready to move in" but there are things that needed some attention and you can tell where they had to patch the walls. I have doors that need to be fixed that should have been noticed before I moved in, the fridge is missing a drawer, cleaning definitely needed to be done (bathtub especially), etc. Overall, it's a nice first apartment that can accommodate my dogs. Moved in about 45 days ago. So far love this place. The on site management is awesome, Monica is great. The apartments are very spacious with plenty of storage. The maintenance man is awesome. The neighbors are friendly and it’s a very quiet community. Easy commute to Shopping. Would highly recommend this place.
