Vista Belvedere Apartments

Great community, very friendly people and amazing staff! I lived in quite a few places in San Francisco Bay Area, and this one is definitely the best one so far. The complex is located within walking distance from the Downtown Tiburon and numerous gorgeous parks and hikes. There is plenty of parking spaces, and it feels safe to live you car for a night without having to worry that it will be broken into. The buildings are your standard Bay Area buildings with somewhat thin walls, but the views you get from your patio are mind-blowing! Community management and maintenance teams are simply awesome. They are on top of their game, and they make sure to resolve any inquires in the shortest time possible. Personal thanks to Raj and Nelson! Gentlemen, you rock!

Welcome to 1965 bones with mediocre upgrades to say the least. I have lived here for a little over 1.5 yrs and it was great at first. I was sucked in by the location and views as I worked from home. Then came the leak through my bedroom ceiling (3 buckets worth of water) which displaced me for over 2 weeks. Then the repair to the beams supporting the upper deck when I couldn’t use my own deck for another 2 weeks. The rent started at 2900, then was 3200 after 6 months, and now they just quoted 3500 for an annual renewal!!!! UPDATE: (Best part is they just listed my apartment online for rent at 3150 now!) So, they felt a 10% increase was fair market value for me when they just listed $400 less a month. Essex is the epitome of a shandy landlord operation! For an apt that has zero sound proofi

We moved to Vista Belvedere when we got our puppy and it’s been an awesome move. The community is welcoming and friendly, the views are amazing, and the Vista Belvedere team has been extremely helpful and attentive. From showing us the place the first time to actually moving in, Raj and the rest of the team have been professional and always have a great attitude. It’s also so quiet. Despite being in a complex we barely ever hear our neighbors, and that’s been very relaxing. We are excited to continue to explore our new community and enjoy living in Tiburon.

Easy process for the technically inclined. I like the service and ease of viewing properties. I had 5 to see and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thanks Lelani and Mike for being so helpful. One happy neighbor

Great location with amazing views of the SF skyline, Mt. Tam, and the bay. The on-site team is very friendly and responsive, Prasheelta and Raj are quick to respond in the office, and Nelson is always very friendly and helpful with maintenance requests!
