I had an excellent experience throughout my move-in process. Ms. Elizabeth and Will were absolutely amazing—they answered all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, and reassured me that any concerns or issues would be handled promptly. During my move-in process and afterward, any issues I had were addressed and resolved swiftly, which truly made everything smooth and stress-free. I also appreciate the professionalism shown, including courtesy calls before entering my apartment, which made me feel respected and secure. The staff is thorough, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you to Ms. Elizabeth, Will, and the entire office staff for your outstanding service. I’m very happy with my decision to call this place home!

While I enjoy living here lately the ‘security’ here has been lacking. Gates open and delivery guys roaming around when they shouldn’t be. And now a car with no wheels taken mid day. :(. June 3rd. Another car. During the day. No tires left.

Hello! I like to give a shout to Daniela the manager at my apartment complex, she is a beautiful spirit. I been here about two years plus, never has one issues with office are maintains team. Daniela always the one who help me, she always there, I didn't have that most computer experience. Daniela every question she stop and answer with a smile and great attitude. I’ve lived in this community for two years and recently transferred to a new unit. During the move, one package was delivered to my previous address. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance from the leasing office and the new tenant, I received no follow-up and the package was never returned. When picking up another correctly addressed package, I was spoken to in a dismissive manner and told I “needed to change my apartment number,” even though this was the only instance of a misaddressed delivery. The interaction felt unprofessional and unsupportive. In general, my experiences with the leasing office have been inconsistent and often unhelpful. I’ve witnessed other residents receiving respectful assistance, but my own interactions have felt dismissive, even after being a resident her

Unbelievable noise coming from 5304, all hours of the day 7 days a week. They seem to have surround sound with the bass turned all the way up. Originally thought it was a band practicing until a few months ago until the music being played, tik toks being scrolled through, and movies being played can be heard clearly along with the shaking of the bass. Can hear from hallway, up and downstairs, and elevator. Shakes units all around. Complaints have been made, nothing has been done. The bass makes it impossible to focus, sleep, or work from home. Has been happening since at least October. Not sure how they haven’t gotten warnings or how this hasn’t been solved.
