Property is well kept and the unit we looked, B3, was very nice. All of which can peak a potential residents intrest. Theres a but and that comes to the leasing office. Communication is terribly difficult by phone so to the point that one must go in person to ask what is needed. This appears to be a consistent pattern. This pattern can translate into the resident needing help and the help will be difficult to obtain due to the inaccesiblity the office offers. I do understand situations can always occur but the lack of communication comes into a lack of expectation with a lack of common courtesy. I have to praise the office staff at Vista 121. Abby and Pia are AMAZING! Abby is extremely helpful and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, safe, and valued. She is understanding and does everything with a genuine smile. Pia is new, however, you cannot tell. She has come and jumped right in extending the hospitality and ensuring resident's needs are met. The maintenance team is also top notch. They are there whenever needed and come almost immediately. I am so grateful to call Vista 121 my home. Kuddos to our office team for all the great things you do for our community. You are appreciated!

I'll start by saying that I don't like making these kinds of comments publicly, but this complex situation warrants it due to the terrible service. My husband has lived here for several years and confirms that this is the worst management. Among the many bad experiences we've had due to delays in maintenance services, the latest incident, on Feb 7 was the theft of a package I received from Shein inside the closed store where we trust our packages to be safe. Obviously, I went to the office to ask for an explanation. The manager said she would review the security camera footage, as there are cameras inside the store, and that she would do so for 2 days after 02/07. Having received no update, I returned today and, unsurprisingly, they couldn't figure out what happened to my package. She supp

Abby (mgr) is great! Especially today, Abby came out of her way to my apartment to bring a package that got delivered to the front office. The cold weather, the rain and she still made a point to hand-deliver it to me. Abby has always made sure our work orders get resolved timely, and any other issues we might have. Abby is a great manager! Abby makes herself available to talk to residences and help with their concerns. The property manager before was never available and didn’t make an effort to help the residence. A great property manager makes all the difference in the world, especially when renewing your lease. I don’t know where to start other than these people literally care and will work with you!! I have never experienced such wonderful management when it comes to this beautiful environment. I’m not just saying it because life hit me hard all at once and I thought I was going to be homeless! This can happen to anyone at any time because life is life and we’re all just humans trying to survive. The management here is very caring and is willing to work with you if you’re willing to work with them as well. Abby and her team are just a dream come true and this is a beautiful, peaceful environment..
