I’ve had nothing but exceptional experiences at this apartment complex. From the moment I first toured the property, I could tell it was a step above the rest. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the buildings feel modern and secure, and everything is kept impressively clean. Vivian specifically deserves special recognition—shes friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. Any maintenance requests I submitted were handled promptly and thoroughly, usually within the same day. It’s clear they genuinely care about residents’ comfort and satisfaction.

Please save yourself months of headache and do not move into apartments owned by Morgan Properties. I've lived here for 14 months and I cant count on two hands the problems ive had here. Air conditioner has broken 4 times in a year. Garbage disposal has broken. My ceiling filled up with water and caved in and flooded my kitchen. My dishwasher has stopped draining and flooded my kitchen, theres black mold, my washer has been broken coming up on three months and despite repeated visits to the main office has remained inoperable. They are rated. They are not BBB accredited and are currently facing class action lawsuits for excessive fees, deceptive business practices, and undressed living conditions. Stay away!

As a resident of 3 years the transition I have seen since Morgan Properties bought this housing complex (previously owned by Bar Investment Group) has been so disappointing. I used to loved living here…yes it wasn’t perfect before but the office was helpful, attentive, inviting, and always a pleasure to talk to (any of my issues were handled so politely and with urgency). Morgan properties has completely ruined that experience with various factors such as awful communication… emails that should be sent with anticipation are sent out the night before or same day allowing the residents no time to plan or digest information accordingly. They have taken away garbage removal services that we pay for…and have stated that they will keep charging us $20 monthly while providing NOTHING to show for

UPDATED REVIEW 12/05/2025 Since Morgan Properties took over Visions at Willow Pond, the communication and overall management quality have gone downhill fast. I’ve been a tenant here since 2023 and never had these issues. I’ve been talking to Vivian trying to get my rent ledger corrected since December 2nd so I could pay on time and avoid any fees. On the 2nd, I was told it would be updated that day — it wasn’t. On the 3rd, I called again and was told they needed to check with a manager. Later, I was told there was an IT issue and it “should update the next day.” It’s now the 5th and no update.
