Vision Property Management, LLC ("VPM") did such a bad job for me that I fired them less than four months after I hired them. They are so unprofessional that they will not voluntarily hand over the tenant deposits and copies of the tenant leases to me after I terminated them. 1. Awful Marketing. There were two vacancies at the time I hired VPM and I specifically told them that I did not want Section 8 tenants because they often destroy the building. After being with VPM for two months, VPM had not found tenants for either vacancy. I asked Celeste about her marketing and she told me that the only marketing she had done was advertise my properties on a website that specializes in attracting Section 8 tenants. I told her that this was unacceptable and suggested that she put a yard sign

Needed to take a look of my roof and Mr Jones was willing able to take a quick look with drone w/camera. 👌🏽

I rented through vision property management for a year and a half and they were always unorganized and wrong with my monthly tenet statement. They ALWAYS over charged me, added late fees when bills were made on time and communication was HORRIBLE. I am now fighting for my security deposit back which they are holding for insufficient reasonings. I will not recommend renting through this managemt.

NO MAINTENANCE.. CREW... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PLENTY OF CITY VIOLATION'S. WHEN COMES LIVING CONDITIONS. ALL THEY WANT IS THERE MONEY.. DONT ever rent from.. Them.. With years of public service I have.. They will never treat another tenant with such disregard.. And poor service

I purchased a property from Vision Property Management and I have not received my deed for my home yet so hopefully I will get a call from someone soon to receive my deed
