Vision on Wilshire

Was interested in leasing their PH unit at end of December which I toured 2x and had questions for the lease rep, who the. says it been rented only to find out 2 months later it’s still available?? Hmm apparently they’re not interested in renting out the units and generating revenue for the owner of building. If you tell someone you’ll reach out if anything changes and don’t keep your word, what business are they in then?

I paid a $400 security deposit on December 25 my application denied. I was informed in writing on January 19 and February 1 that it would be returned within 2–3 weeks. As of today, I have not received the refund and have not received responses to follow-up emails or calls. Returned my deposit with n 21 days it’s my my right

a lot of influencers live here. it’s a nice building. however, they could not figure out the parking situation for the love of god. people took my assigned parking spot left and right and the management did very little to help.

I was getting ready to pay for rent and was confused by the way the app is. I contacted leasing and was helped by Rozz. She was extremely helpful explaining the way the app works. She even went above and beyond by check on her end my exact rent including the utilities. Luckily all the numbers match and I was able to get a cashiers check to pay for rent. Rozz is the best. I highly recommend living here at 3033 Wilshire.

Everything is good especially the management, Rozz and Travis. They take care of me. The concierge takes care of us. Carl and Christie. They always smile. If I ask for something, they give me good service right away.
