I’ve called 3 times to get a tour and price for a commercial property they are listing on Pioneer. My office is across the street and we are actively trying to find space to expand. No call back or acknowledgment. Wouldn’t recommend listing with them.

I recently toured a listing in Fort Worth that was listed by Colleen. I am expanding my business, and Colleen knew every detail. From what type of business I own, how I currently have a brick and mortar and what services we’d be offering at the new location. She allowed me to tour the space, negotiate, send a letter of intent, submit my finances, and involve my current landlord. Only to waste my time. She then couldn’t take responsibility for her mistakes and lack of professionalism and had her associate broker, Jeff get involved. This has been the worst experience working with Vision.

Always on time for our meetings and/or meet ups at these various locations. Which was a big help in deciding our first location. He knew exactly which market I was reaching for.
