Virtuoso Apartments

Pretty solid place! I lived here for 7 months while searching for a house and was very happy. Tons of walking opportunity around the neighborhood, bikeable (or walkable) to Providence, great staff from my experience, etc. The guy who performed service work during my entire stay, Blake - is excellent at what he does. As long as the place retains him or someone equally skilled and friendly, it will be a perfect living spot. The walls aren't too bad but you do have a small chance of hearing the outside world - it never got to a point of being bothersome though. The kitchen in these places is wild - way larger than anything I've had and real granite. Watch out for "Nature View" "Stainless Steel Appliances" and "White Cabinet" type charges - if you want to pay for that stuff, cool, but I fe

I’ve had such a great experience living here! The apartment complex is well-managed and always kept in great condition. The property manager is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns — they really go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The maintenance man is also amazing — he’s prompt, efficient, and always does an excellent job. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed, it’s been handled quickly and done right the first time. It’s clear that both management and maintenance genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping the community running smoothly. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication!

Maintenance takes far too long to address issues, I’ve gone without hot water or a proper working AC unit for days and weeks on end .Since I’ve moved in, I’ve had issues with housing, Being placed in an apartment completely different from the one I was shown before moving in and being told they didn’t think I would mind. Overall, feel like I just get the runaround and that I’m not taken seriously, even after addressing issues numerous times. I will say that everyone is very kind and that the space is well kept they just don’t have a sense of urgency when needed.

I recently moved here about a month ago and I was a little scared because it was my first time getting out of an apartment and Into a house. Danielle and Kennedy were ABSOLUTELY amazing! They made everything go so smooth, I had the chance to speak with Amanda as well and she was so funny and so kind! Also, maintenance here is the ABSOLUTE TOP TIER! Blake is so fast and has no issue explaining things to me that I would have never thought! I would recommend this community to anyone! I look forward to spending my time here!

I can’t get anyone to call be back with issues since they changed management. I haven’t been able to use my oven since moving here May 2025. I put in a request and still haven’t heard anything back. I put in a request a couple of months ago regarding my lock and I guess they decided to just delete it out without responding. My first issue with them was when I requested a storage unit by going into the office 3 times and was told they would get back with me and never did. I even call about it multiple times and they still gave me the run around about it. I had to end up going off of premises and rent a unit from Public Storage up the street. You may want to think twice before moving here. My experience with the staff is getting worse and I am ready to leave here quick as I can.
