I’ve been dragging my feet on my formal complaint with the division of real estate but my realtor, working under Darin’s brokerage, told me I had 5 days to cancel escrow and get me earnest deposit $ back. I canceled on day 3 and she told me, oops it was only 2 days, they’re keeping your money. I was distraught. I literally have texts in which she acknowledges telling me it was 5 days. Truly, I was devastated. Instead of making it right, Darin submitted me to an unhinged rant about how hard he works. I’m disabled. I don’t walk. Employment is difficult and I count pennies. The bank that owned the property refunded half, so I was out $2500. Darin did nothing. Except yell at me.
