My experience with real estate agent Machelle Payton-Holl was disappointing. I worked with Machelle on the sale of a property and, unfortunately, I did not feel that my interests as a seller were properly represented. Throughout the process, Machelle Payton-Holl presented various arguments trying to convince me to lower the asking price below the actual value, even though the market conditions did not justify these persistent suggestions. The buyers tied up the property under contract for an extended period, and when they eventually backed out, I did not feel that I had the support of my agent in handling the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with this agent was not one of transparency or true representation. I advise caution to anyone considering working with Machelle Payton-Holl
