Stephanie was fantastic to tour with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what she was talking about, which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire tour. She was patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism and confidence made the experience smooth and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend working with her if you’re considering this property.

I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! She made everything simple and smooth from start to finish. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and on top of every detail. Moving in felt effortless because of her. Definitely the best leasing experience I’ve had!

Update Aug 2025: The water out of all spiggets smells like sewage most of the time. Water gets shut off frequently for pipe repairs. Sidewalks have dangerous holes poorly covered up. Toys aren't allowed on porches, but they'll permit residents to keep their dogs on the patio in summer barking or literal trash and boxes, but storage bins make the complex look bad. Dog poop is literally everywhere and in summer walking through the complex is disgusting. There is no trash or poop cleanup. The maintenance men don't fix things well and it takes multiple attempts to get something done. Ultimately I, a physically disabled person, have to just fix the things myself OOP. Update: The pictures that we see on here are very deceiving, very misleading. Which made me want to live here. I’m a resident here for only two months. I have already terminated my lease.! ROACH INFESTATION🪳 inside and outside the complex. ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND OUTSIDE. The gate has not been fixed and will not be fixed. No time soon there’s only one pool open and it’s a small pool smaller than the other pool that’s closed for the convenience. there’s dog shit all over the place, one day. I opened my door and I was greeted with a pile of shit ! There must be a robot giving us feedback on our reviews because I have reached out to Bianca ( property manager or leasing manager, who knows )and Jasmine ( assistant manager ) several times about this matter and I have not heard back from them.
