The two maintenance men here are amazing! Always very polite, kind and thoughtful. Today I had a bunch of packages delivered while I was not at home and Greg saw them and set them in a safe place so that they would not be stolen!!! I have had things stolen in the past and I am sure these would have been too. He is absolutely amazing and literally makes this place a great place to live! Bless you Greg!!!!

I’ve been at Virginia St Studios for almost a year, I've have nothing but great experience's!! Everyone from ladies at the front desk to Greg in maintenance, tenants in apartment are all super sweet! I did want to recognize Greg the maintenance guy for his quick response to repairing my bathroom sink due to my mess up haha. I submitted a maintenance request in which he got back to me immediately! Greg goes above and beyond when it comes to this place and without him I'm not sure how this apartment complex would be. Thank you Greg! Also thank you Front staff for always being positive and getting to my emails quickly!!

I’ve been at Virginia St. Studios for about a year now, and Greg has been one of the best parts of living here. He’s super quick with repairs, really easy to talk to, and always communicates clearly about what’s going on. He keeps the building and common areas clean and well maintained, and you can tell he takes his work seriously. He’s very aware and helpful. I’ve left my keys in my door twice, and he made sure to let me know right away (thank you again for looking out for my safety). He’s always paying attention and keeping the place in great shape. Greg is reliable, professional, and always gets things done fast. He definitely deserves the most recognition. As my first ever home, I really appreciate having someone like him here.

This review is long overdue, I moved out in August 2025 but have always had strong thoughts of this place. First and most importantly, the main saving grace of this building is absolutely Greg in maintenance. He is consistently on top of requests, always super friendly and helpful, and gets the job done with flying colors. Seriously, Whatever they are paying him is not enough, this building would be a disaster without him. The apartment itself is nice, but small of course. Adequate for one person, but tight to fit two. Despite the appearance of the apartment, you truly do get what you pay for. Despite maintenance’s and cleaning’s best efforts, the place is always a mess because so many other tenants leave trash around, and do not pick up after their dogs (yes, I mean poop in the hallways).

I’ve been at Virginia St., Studios for about a year now and I did Want to recognize Greg the maintenance guy for his quick response to repairs bringing up community awareness onto things that have happened around the building to me when I ask what’s going on during his week. Especially asking him that I had A piece of furniture I was looking to get rid of and what the process of going about that within the building would look like and he was kind enough to go ahead and take care of that for me. Greg is a type of guy that comes on his off day With family members to take care of the building, which to me, I purely respect. Greg goes above and beyond for his residents, I don’t think the building would be in the shape that it’s in without him and the Cleaning staff members. It could be so much
