Virginia Pines Apartments

Place has termites, terrible wiring, electric shuts off the second you use a hair dryer. Raised our rent from 1175 to over 1300 for a one bedroom and the owners are located in Maryland. The place also has stray cats everywhere which isn’t a problem, but when management threatens you to kick you out because you fed them, that’s a problem. Maybe instead of threatening people to keep these cats from dying how about you get animal control to spay and neuter and get these cats a forever home? There’s a stray black cat who’s had no joke 20 kittens if not more in 2 years. Management does not care about you. DEFINITELY do not move here

I only gave this place 5 stars so that others can see. If you have a kid or kids please do not consider living here the owner (mike) acts as if he hates kids. They are literally trying to get rid of every family who lives there with kids. You can't have visitors or should I say A VISITOR. I've never heard of that in my life. They have bugs, the electrical wiring is bad REALLY BAD! You can't turn on the shower without getting shocked they have yet to fix that problem. If your an older person 40plus with no kids or family this is the place for you but for all my lovely mothers STAY AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!!

Only rating a 5 so others can see... This is the worst place ive ever lived smfh! Owner is rude! There is only 1 maintenance person and he never fixes anything at all! They always fix it half ass and it breaks the next day. You have to wait moths for things to even get fixed!! I just cursed out the landlord *Mike!!!* yesterday so he could fix my water which is ice cold and never came to fix it.. Mind you i have a 3 year old son... No one should be taking cold showers especially aftera hurricane... DON'T EVER MOVE HERE! You WILL waste a lot of money. Save for something better...

Virginia Pines is one of the worst places I've ever lived in or witnessed people living in such squalor in my life. There's black mold termites rats and the landlord does everything in his power to keep your deposit any little reason he can find to keep your deposit he will do it it is infested with bedbugs cats under the building black mold roaches in the buildings are completely eaten up by termites here is just a few pictures just from removing the air condition on what is behind it it is behind most air conditions in in the walls

since the new management took over, my life has change. they are renovating all the unit, its beautiful and clean. their maintenance is the best, as soon as i had a problem they took care of it. there is someon on site 24/7 his name is Tony, he is warm and welcoming.
