They can not keep renters. My unit ended up being condemned because of leaks, water leaks, no insulation, and no A/C OR HEAT. Also after reading the reviews the people who are giving them 5stars are the people who work in the office or own a property they are leasing. I am sad to leave this Awesome company! My family and I have rented from Atlanta Home Connections for 3 and 1/2 years, and had nothing short of amazing. Repairs were always a quick and easy process. The staff there has always been friendly and professional to work with, which is why I always loved going to drop my rent off at the office. Dawn Scarborough, thank you for that you have done for us. Virginia Lee, thank you for your continued work throughout our stay. We will miss the convenience you All always provided with anything my family has needed.

This company is not a good company to get a house from , the house over on 3680 Boulder Park Drive SW Atlanta ,Ga. 30331 is not a good . When we move in the house 2015 the carpet was Nasty , we told that they was going to do the floor in the kitchen , we was going to get new carpet . never got nothing done. two years in the stove went out , they bring a stove from one of their other property, Then refrigerator went out they bring a use one that was damage on the out side from one of their property , the stove was filled of roaches so we had to keep boom our house . Then as we keep stay their a rat was live in side of the house , laid babies in side of my wedding dress I had to throw it out. then we had to get a pest control to come to the house set traps to catch it and come to fine out

Virginia who represents Atlanta home connections first took almost 2 weeks to respond to the bid. My realtor and I have been dealing with her assistant Edward Reid throughout the transaction as It has been extremely difficult or almost impossible to reach her. They listed the property as "investment or owner occupant " but they refused to issue a 60 day notice to the tenant. They asked my realtor to lie to the tenants about the home inspection so the tenant would be in the dark. My realtor had to request numerous times for the sellers profit and loss statements which took over three weeks to receive. When they provided the profit and loss it consisted of in

This company is a disgrace. I applied for a duplex, submitted all my information and paid my application fee . But days later when I call to check on the status, the application hadn't been submitted, Peaches said she didn't get the info but magically finds it after i had to tell her to check her email. How are you in the business of helping people when you can't do your job correctly. Companies have really lost their professionalism. Please get yourself a new assistant property manager that has knowledge and takes pride in your business.
