Edith has been such a pleasure to work with! She will 1,000% have you taken care of. Convenient access for self guided tours and she will answer any questions and get back with you promptly for anything that you need! As you may notice, a lot of the lower reviews on here complain about issues that are out of the property's control (like construction on nearby roads, other petty issues) and don't focus on the actual property itself. As a long time Texas resident, a lot (not all) of the issues mentioned seem to be from people who have recently moved to the state and aren't used to some conditions that happen generally all throughout DFW. I cannot express how grateful I am for Edith and everyone that works to make this property as beautiful and luxurious as it is! It’s absolutely beautiful out here! The customer service I received from Edith was EXCEPTIONAL! She went above and beyond to ensure my move in was smooth with a quick turnaround from selling my home. I appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help every step of the way before, during, and after my move in. 3 out of 4 sides of the property are under heavy construction and it goes on all day even on the weekends starting at 7 am and the highway construction is done throughout the night hours. The dust and noise are really getting unbearable. The property is also used as a cut thru to get to 121 or 75 so people race thru here. I’ve almost been hit as have others. Our pool and dog park constantly get used by outside people that don’t live here but yet we are charged $90 a month in fees for them. The property is not well lit at all so walking at night is a bit scary and we have no courtesy officer on site. After office hours there is no one available to help if something is happening on site. Overall, this is still a great place, and the staff are very friendly—especially Xavier. They handle your issues in a timely manner. Sometimes they may be busy taking care of all the residents, so it’s best to give them a bit more time to address your requests. The only downside is that the grass in the backyard isn’t trimmed very short, and there are a lot of bugs and cockroaches. The landscaping company doesn’t seem to do their job seriously.

Update to Vireo's Response below: The response illustrates exactly the issue I mentioned — communication and accountability. When maintenance issues are reported, residents are told they’re resolved. There’s no reason for me to “reopen” a work order if I’ve been told the problem was already handled. In my case, a major water leak was painted over rather than properly repaired. You can still see the water lines on the ceiling today. As one of the very first residents, I experienced several staff turnovers, and even the second set of team members acknowledged that much of the original documentation was lost when management changed from the original group. That lack of continuity is part of the frustration. I appreciate that they now have a new team in place and hope future residents have a b
