Vintage Winter Park Apartments

I lived here for 3-4 years, as my first apartment. I will start out by saying that the location of this apartment complex and the maintenance staff is excellent. When I first moved in Stephanie worked there and she was excellent, after she left it went downhill. Residents are the main issue here as they have no consideration for others, blasting music and in public spaces as well. Called the courtesy officer but it was an active cop so was never on time to calls, would come 3 hours after the call when people already turned off their music. People would also run into the gate and it worked 6 months out of the years I was there. For the office staff, they are kind of rude and inconsiderate. Beautiful community and amazing staff! Living at Vintage Winter Park has been such a great experience. The property is always clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The apartments are modern, spacious, and have a really cozy feel — perfect balance of comfort and style. The location is also ideal — close to shops, restaurants, and everything you need in Winter Park. The management team and maintenance staff are always friendly and responsive, which makes a huge difference. Any small issue I’ve had was handled quickly and professionally. I really appreciate how much care they put into the community and residents’ happiness. I moved in with my husband at the beginning of the month. Since we first visited the complex with Leila, the service has been excellent. She was always attentive in answering our questions and showed a genuine interest in helping us move in. Upon our arrival, the level of attention remained the same; she was extremely kind and informative, following up on everything. On the other hand, Emiliano from the maintenance team has been outstanding. His assistance has been top-notch from the very first moment we met him. His kindness and friendliness stood out, even with my parents, who were also present on our moving day. I’ve lived here for two years and am now going into my third, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The office staff is always friendly and professional, especially Thayna, who consistently goes above and beyond to help with anything I need. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and the team is always courteous and efficient. The property is clean and well maintained, the pool is beautiful, and the common areas are always in great condition. It truly feels like home!

This is a great apartment complex. It has awesome amenities, a good gym, a beautiful pool, and much more. But most importantly, everything is kept pristine by the maintenance crew, it all looks like new. About the apartment, every maintenance request we had has been promptly addressed. The location is another highlight, a Publix and a Target from walking distance, a Costco and a Walmart 5 min away, easy access to 417, and 15 min from charming Downtown Winter Park and Lake Baldwin. Downtown Orlando is also only 20 min alway. Overall , a hidden gem.
