We had an amazing experience working with Kim during our apartment application process here in Florida. From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. Kim guided us through every step with patience and clarity, always making sure we understood all the details. She went above and beyond to help us, answering our questions quickly and providing all the support we needed. I’ve lived at this property for over a year with no noise issues until recently. Four college boys subleased and moved into the unit directly above mine, and since then, I’ve dealt with constant stomping, banging, and even hoverboards being ridden around the apartment at 2 a.m. I followed management’s recommendation to contact the courtesy officer, who informed me that he couldn’t ask the tenants to stay on their couch or in bed or stop stomping around. When I updated the leasing office the week, they told me that the noise — including hoverboarding at 2 a.m. — is within the tenants’ leasing rights. It’s extremely disappointing to be told that this level of noise is considered “normal,” especially after living here peacefully for a year. There has been no effort from management to addres

We thoroughly enjoyed our time living at Vintage Horizon West. The staff was always friendly, and the maintenance staff was exceptional. They kept our apartments in top shape, which was a huge plus. The apartments are very modern, and most even have a designated area to hang your coat when you enter. One thing I would love to see is the addition of electric car chargers. Walking distance to Publix and Jersey Mikes is also a huge plus.

From reception to maintenance, every member of the staff is professional, efficient, and genuinely takes pride in their work. They respond to requests promptly and are always attentive to residents’ needs—often going above and beyond to ensure everything is handled smoothly. It’s rare to find a team that operates with this level of care and consistency. I honestly wish I could clone them and bring them to every property I work with. I have lived here for the better part of 3 years now. Very comfortable place to live. My one bedroom is spacious and feels modern. I like my location because I’m not sharing a bedroom wall. If I had to do it all over again, I may not pick a unit overlooking the pool. The amenities are well maintained and are used. The management and staff have changed a couple of times and I will say that who they have working there now is very attentive and get things done properly. Maintenance is amazing. They are on top of everything. My one real complaint about this complex is the package room. I cannot tell you how many packages have either been stolen, not delivered, or put in some random spot in the room by all delivery services. Amazon seems to be the biggest culprit when it comes to this. I have
