While I agree with the previous tenant on many points, my experience was a little bit better. I agree communication is abysmal. A few employees have tried to be helpful, but turn over appears high. I want to give a shout out to Gene, the maintenance man. He is amazing. Gene is a constant and provides help whenever possible. He keeps the building immaculate and takes the time to get to know everyone. After setting up multiple appointments to be checked out of my unit after my lease was up I was told to upload photos to the app and would be charged for any issues which would be documented by whomever inspected my apartment. For days no one answered my request for confirmation on the status of my move out. When I finally received and email it turned out Gene had to inspect my apartment. As

I rarely voice my complaints, but my experience living here has been nothing short of disheartening and frustrating. Management has proven to be unresponsive and inconsistent; even when they do reply, it often takes weeks or months, and I find myself repeatedly having to remind them. Maintenance issues I raised before moving in remain unresolved, and the building itself is still unfinished. I’ve faced ongoing problems with malfunctioning doors and an utterly ineffective intercom system. The lack of consideration from neighbors only adds to the discomfort—rudeness and messiness seem to prevail, with only one decent neighbor in the mix.
