Vintage Corporation

We had a terrible experience with Vintage Corporation. They withheld over $2,400 in deposits and still claimed we owed $1,500 more. Their own carpet worksheet shows they charged us for the remaining life of the carpet instead of the used portion—overbilling us by $1,000. The photos only show a few small spots, not full damage. We reported mold, but instead of testing, they just painted over it despite them telling us they would check for mold in writing. The water damage was appearing from outside our shower down through the garage ceiling. They admitted pet rent isn’t used for pet upkeep, meaning they profit from tenants. Alyssa has been an amazing landlord at the 11th Street Apartments. She is always professional, kind, and quick to respond whenever I need help with anything. She keeps the property well maintained and makes sure tenants feel comfortable and respected. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the people living in their property, and Alyssa definitely does. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free she makes renting. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great landlord

I was harassed and disrespected at my place of residence by one of vintage corporation’s workers. He first came on to my property then told me to move a vehicle on the side of my house and if I didn’t he would have it towed. I told him we would move it but then we then got into a verbal argument about property lines with no paperwork but only his word then i asked him to leave and stop starting problems with residents.He then got in his car to leave and I told him that he should have let the landlord know that we can’t park there and he proceeded to put his car in park get out and have another argument causing a disturbance to tell me he was gonna call the cops and have me delt with. He was very hostile and disrespectful. He wouldn’t even give me his name so I could write this complaint.

This is by far the worst apartment complex. As you can see, they respond with an excuse to every single thing when somebody tries to warn other potential tenants take our advice do not rent from this corporation. It’s been observed that they treat their staff poorly to where management will leave without warning or frequently change. They treat their tenants the same. The staff seems always unhappy and unable to do their job efficiently. They’ve messed up several times, but failed to accept their mistake. If you read the other comments, you will see for yourself. They have an excuse for literally every single thing and will not take accountability for their actions. We cannot ALL be wrong.

I recently contacted my HOA office to let them know I had placed my payment check in the office door, as there is no drop box, and explained that I had just received the reminder email because I had been on vacation even though it is not due yet. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. She scolded me for not paying earlier, even though my payment is not due until the 1st and provided inaccurate information. She talked over me and then abruptly hung up on me. When I called back to get her name, she refused to provide it. This interaction was completely unprofessional. I am still awaiting written confirmation that my payment has been received and that my account is in good standing.
