Vintage at Holly Village

Love the tour! Looking forward to getting my mom up here and moved in as soon as possible. Cindy was wonderful; she showed me around, gave me the scoop on the social scene, it made me feel very welcome there. Every tenant that I met Was very happy with the place, very sociable, and charming. I’m kind of jealous I’m not old enough to move in there yet. Lol I got six years!

I have to say to anyone considering this property, no one will work harder for you than Cindy. No stone unturned to find the best fit for yourself and your income parameters. A difficult attempt to relocate for someone my age, but this lady is really the very best in the business.

My toilet was backed up, and I couldn‘t flush it. The water would overflow all over the floor getting everything wet. It‘s fixed for now. However, it keeps happening. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. Hopefully, the problem is fixed now.

I had the most amazing experience working with Cindy! It was a wonderful time helping a client secure housing and she took the stress out of the renting process. I would recommend this property for anyone who needs a place with a property manager you can trust and treat you with kindness.

Cindy was very gracious, kind and knowledgeable. She explained all the criteria for being a resident, so we had no additional questions. She gave us a thorough tour of the facility. There were a couple of residents just sitting around, and were very approachable to speak with. This in itself describes a "Happy Environment" at this facility.
