⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m leaving this review specifically for Monica Rodriguez in the leasing office — she is truly the reason I wanted to write this. Ever since the company hired her, she has completely raised the standards here. Monica is always kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. She listens to every concern or bit of feedback and actually follows through to make things better. You can really tell she cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. The difference she’s made since joining has been noticeable and so appreciated. She’s the kind of person every community needs — dependable, genuine, and dedicated. Thank you, Monica, for all you do!

My unit flooded twice in six months. The first time was a busted pipe and it took them two months to fix it. The second time it was a foundational issue with all the rain we've been having, and they didn't do anything other than rent a dehumidifier and new carpet. Unit 125. These building were constructed poorly. One of the buildings on the north side has been leaking for over a month. They scheduled loud yard work at 7 am. The maintenance people don't speak enough English to understand "I'll be back in 5 minutes." If the doggy poop bags run out, they get mad at us for not telling them to refill. Why do we have to tell you to do your job? Why do you schedule loud yardwork when people are trying to sleep? When my unit flooded and it reeked of mildew, they got mad at me for ripping up the

I think this place is very nice. The maintenance crew guys come around pretty quickly and are always friendly. The other staff are pretty nice too. The place itself of better that a lot of others in my opinion.

Don’t move here. They will move you in an apartment that is not even inspected by them to see if anything work. They never fix nothing

I currently live at vintage at 50th. My house has been flooding for a month straight. Nobody has done anything about it. Nobody answers the phone. Do not rent from this property management at all!
