Vineyards Resort Apartment Ontario

I’ve been living here for 2 years now I love it!! Sergio the maintenance man always comes through fast to fix any issues I might have in the apartment. Darren in the office is very friendly and helpful all the time as well. The layout and scenery is nice.Love The amenities here! Lupe is always so sweet says hello every time I see her. Overall it’s a nice place to live.

I would like to leave an excellent review for Alexis Castaneda, the leasing agent who assisted us. Her customer service was very good from the beginning, her personal presentation was professional, and she took the time to show us three different units. Thanks to her patience and positive attitude, we were able to choose the right apartment, and the entire process went smoothly. We visited more than 27 properties before making our decision and had mixed experiences, some agents were not very helpful, some buildings were not a good fit, and in many cases the rent was too high. Alexis made the difference. She made us feel welcome, answered our questions clearly, and helped us finally find the right place. Maintenance and Guest Services are incompetent. After 7 visits of trying to fix my washer (over a 2-3 month period) and getting me a “new” washer this is what I ended up with. (See video). And they blamed me for overloading it, but the load you see in the video is the one the Maintenance manager himself showed me what to put. The maintenance manager also gave me a whole lesson on how to load the washer and what setting to enter. And yet here it is: Update 12/18/25: Samsung came in and inspected the unit. Samsung knew exactly what was wrong with it. The unit was improperly installed. As the shipping bolts were still on the unit. The shipping bolts are to secure the drum of the washer while it is in transit or shipping from one place to another. These maintenance staff really don’t know wh

I would like to leave an amazing review for Jenna, our leasing agent! She was patient, so accommodating, and a lot of fun to work with. She was also very honest, which was a breath of fresh air and so appreciated, and I big reason we chose vineyard !! Thank you Jenna. We highly recommend working with her

My sister and I are current residents. We are so disappointed in this place. Our experience here has been terrible. We have repeatedly reached out to management about the weed smell that fills our apartment from a neighboring unit. This happens everyday, multiple times a day. We have to spray an obscene amount of air freshener and have to open the windows (and it’s freezing now) to air out that nasty smell. When we reached out to management they asked us to find out exactly which apartment it was coming from (probably thinking that we wouldn’t follow through) so they could reach out to them and tell them to stop.
