Kerry has been pretty great to work with! I have just one rental property that Vineyard manages for me, but they still treat me like a valued customer! Like many other owners, I don’t live close to my rental property. Vineyard makes it possible- they handle everything! In terms of constructive feedback- they could improve by lowering turnover. Nikki was great as well, but I guess she left for a new opportunity a while back. Despite that piece of feedback, I still rate Vineyard as a 5-star company because they’ve been really on top of managing my property and are good communicators. Thanks Kerry!

I am so so so happy that I found Vineyard Property Management. I was with an absolutely terrible management company prior to finding them and stayed with them longer than I should have.
