Vineville Court Apartments

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had. If you want to move into a dirty apartment in the middle of summer with no air conditioning and then take time off work for the maintenance crew to never show up…not once 5 times I was told they would be there and they never showed up. Didn’t even respond to my calls or emails. Charged me an extra fee on my rent for the maintenance crew that never showed up. Never got a key to my mailbox. Black mold in the bathroom and the dumpster is overflowing with trash that is never picked up but they charge an extra fee on your rent for trash. The property management is a joke and they are bullies. They should have paid me to live there.

Run down, and over priced apartments. Horrible maintenance on properties. And the Property manager is without a doubt a racist (Ms. Marylynn). We experienced leaks and broken AC, that we ended up having to pay for and never was reimbursed. Rent went from $720 to $945 in the same year (Never heard of that in my life). Horrible experience there I would tell my worst enemy to move there. Also experienced homeless people who were squatting in the public laundry station on numerous occasions, nothing was done about it.

Worst apartment in the United States. The friendliest behavior is a "brief" act and then the true colors unfold. The facility is not built for handicap accessibility, It's dangerous to live there and bugs bugs bugs

Slum Lord! Outdated apartments that are over priced. The landlord will threaten you and stalk you at your home if you request maintenance. He manages his own properties so there is no one to complain to until you call the police! Do not move here or at Pursley Court apartments, he owns them both.

Landlord is a flake and doesn't try to keep up with repair requests or your rent payments. Otherwise it's a quaint and quiet place to live with thick walls and gated area in the private courtyard
