Vines at Meridian

There are too many things to mention after living here for 4 months. So I’ll post pics of the worst of it except the iced over stairs we couldn’t use for a week, the nonexistent office hours, and all the off-leash dogs. (Please don’t respond with another “we’re so sorry, please contact us,” because you know I have many times and it is ignored unless it has to do with payment. You have all my information. Very nice, floors and appliances are new and look really good. Kitchen countertops are old and have just been painted-drawback. Feel like the can be scratched up easily. But it is nice and open.

Not finished work.I have several issues that need addressed. Tub was scraped to be resurfaced. Incomplete. Sheetrock in bathroom ceiling wet and discolored from leaking upstairs. Incomplete, and there is no staff in the office to handle these issues. Ever.

Let me start off by saying this if you would have fixed it the first time this would never of had to be brought to light Let's start off with our downstairs neighbor complained about her ceiling leaking every time we took a bath now the odd thing about this was that the last time we never ran the faucet and just added water that we heated off the stove and poured into the tub and it still leaked supposedly, well that got fixed and wala nomore nosy neighbor. Here we are in dead ass winter and our heat doesn't work but they swear the last 3 TIMES ITS FIXED we'll try number four hopefully soon. We have zero hot water but our hot water tank is brand new hmm kinda like our heat is fixed. Put it on the portal they say, it'll get fixed they say well isn't heat a state law that is required and as

I now have 4 open maintenance requests and none have been fixed or even addressed. Worst complex I've ever lived in. No office staff, no one answers the phones, maintenance requests not taken care of, and I was left having to pay for cleanup after the terrible leak into my apartment after the upstairs water heater went kaput. I'm now out $80 because I was left with the cleanup. That doesn't include the cost to clean my living room area rug which was completely soaked from the leak. Photos attached.
