I lived there for 2 years, since Tiffany took over I seen a lot of great improvements! When you put in a maintenance request it’s done the next day, they kicked out all of the bad tenants. They communicate great, they have a resident portal that really makes things easy. They do split rent. If they had 3 bed rooms I’d still be there! I recommend them to everyone. If you’re moving here you’ll be happy. My only complaint would be they always promise to open the pool and then it never happened in the 2 summers I was there.

Honestly, i haven't done leasing yet but the tour and email communications was amazing. But applying and I got a text message that I been accepted and need to call the office within 72 hours for my security deposit. I call and call and call the office and left a voice mail. No response. I been calling since Friday afternoon and its Wednesday now. ALMOST A WEEK!!! Like come on. I have seen more reviews about this. PLEASE THE COMMUNICATION NEEDS TO BE FIX!!! Like now im going to find another apartment due to the poor communication of this apartment.

Do not live here this place is a scam. Tiffany will not respond to you. I've sent you an email,voicemail, sms text and now how have to hire a tenant lawyer. She says she'll answer but won't.

Never judge a book by its cover. Entire staff is great! I also love how management and maintenance provides a clean and safe environment. They are prompt with providing needs for the residents. Joey the maintenance guy is very kind and knows what he is doing! He resolved my electrical issue in a matter of minutes when others couldn't fix it! Thanks Joey!

I'm on a lease I didn't sign. I thought my issue was resolved only to find out it was fixed and then edited. I cannot log in to my account and no will answer my calls. Tiffany offered help then ghosted me and then Mr. Malaney the Property Panager helped me only for my issues to be back in a day and a forged e sign signature. And ghost me like his employee.
