assistant manager, Angelo is always kind and patient whenever he comes into my unit to fix something and he never makes me feel embarrassed or bad no matter how many times I call to have something replaced or looked at and even the emergency calls whenever he showed up at two in the morning to fix something he’s always very professional and understanding about the situation. He is also very quick to show up to the calls and doesn’t waste any time fixing the issue at hand. He is very quick with his work and definitely knows what he’s doing and I trust him to fix anything in my unit without worrying if he’s going to break it or if it’s actually going to get fixed because knowing whenever he comes to my door to fix it it’s going to get fixed by the time he leaves

Alex was very attentive and quick to solve the problems I was having. He was very knowledgeable about his craft and I would totally recommend him!

Dont move here. The “director” Krista, and staff take 0 accountability. They take your $ religiously and assess fees for every possible thing they can assess fees for but haven’t pressure washed the buildings in almost two years. Truly frustrating!
