Villas on Bell

I just recently moved in a week ago. I chose this apartment complex due to the staff. I had an extensive search for an apartment when I moved here and it came down to three locations and it was Angelina that was the deciding factor. She was very thorough, followed up on my emails and called me to discuss appropriately. She made the transition from out of state very smooth. Upon move in maintenance was very quick about helping me understand and setup my appliances, showed me where the breakers were, and adjusted my water heater. The last complex I lived at I had the same community manager for the entire four years that I lived there and Im hoping to have the same here with Angelina. I look forward to living here for an extended period of time and given the experience thus far I am very plea

Honestly the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Definitely recommend. The staff and maintenance are always so friendly and helpful. Not to mention and apartments are really nice on the inside it will make you feel like home.

Angelina and Francine are on it in the office here!!! Look pet's got toys free!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Also this had been the best apartments when it comes to maintenance request when I put one in they are here some times with in an hr but alway by the following business day! The best part is it's quite! No kids running a muk and screaming or fighting people ect. This has been my most favorite apartment I've ever lived!!

I’ve been living at Villas on Bell for almost 3 years and unfortunately, I’ve been without air conditioning for seven days now. Despite repeated requests, there’s been no resolution or relief provided.I was told upper management needs to approve and sign to replace my A/C, I was told by the manager Francine its not an emergency due to the weather getting cooler. Are they serious? Its 85 degrees outside and about 10 degrees warmer in my apt. It’s been incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable, and I hope the management addresses this issue promptly. According to Arizona Tenant law it's illegal after 10 days for anybody to go without air conditioning. There are steps to take after 10 days. This apartment is our first apartment since having a house and I have to say since day 1 it's been amazing experience! The office staff Diana and her assistant have been amazing to talk to. We had a slight bug issue when we moved in due to the upstairs neighbors and as soon as they moved out they worked super hard on getting rid of the issue, I haven't seen a bug in 6 plus months that's how efficient they were. You don't see that a lot if apartment complexes. We have never been late on rent except for July and that was due to that month basically living in the hospital so I missed a lot of work and they waived all late fees for me!!! THE ONLY 2 issues I have had is we are moving out in September towards the end and we are now having to pay and extra 14 days because we didn't give 60 noti
