This has without a doubt been the worst apartment experience I’ve had in college. 0 stars if even possible. If you can avoid living here, please do. I wouldn’t wish this level of frustration on anyone. Here’s what I personally went through living here: 1. The elevator situation is ridiculous. It worked on move-in day and then barely after that. For most of the year, it felt like it was broken more often than not, sometimes out of service for two to four weeks at a time, only to come back for a few days before breaking again. It got so bad that people started leaving bikes and scooters downstairs because no one wanted to haul them up and down the stairs every single day. 2. The security deposit process was a nightmare. We paid a large deposit at the start, and getting it back felt nearly

Pros: - Move in was pretty chill, they were nice about my roommates switching around our rooms last minute. - Very spacious, rooms were well equipped and large - Windows are openable, lots of natural light Cons: - Single elevator doesn't work 50% of the time - There was a lot of dirt/mold on the fridge & floor. - No barstools or chairs included in the living room furniture - No ceiling lights (other than fan), bring your own lamps Total fees (per person) (for a 6x6): Monthly (required): Rent: $949 Internet (required): $15 (*6) Monthly (optional): Room furniture (optional): $55 Living Room furniture (optional): $9.17 (*6) Rent Plus (YOU HAVE TO OPT OUT): $8.95 One Time: Rent credit for paying early: -$25 Security Deposit: $500 Community fee: $75 Community fee (charged twice): $75 Simple

WARNING TO FUTURE TENANTS! Probably the only review I've given to any establishment ever just because living here was so horrendous. I initially toured the property and asked if every room in the building had a window, the leasing agent said yes. The room I was assigned had no window nor a connect bath, horrible. After moving in, the elevator did not work at all for several weeks at a time. It was constantly broken and was extremely inconvenient. I had to walk up and down several flights of stairs when moving in and out. Management "sent" people to fix the elevator multiple times throughout the year and yet it was always broken. Next is their ISP, Wirestar, in which I had to call one of their technicians to physically come into our apartment to fix the internet. In addition, I had to perso

This place is trash simply because of the elevator. The elevator is broken most of the time and there is only 1 of them. If you live on the 5th floor good luck because you need to walk up 5-7 (parking garage) flights of stairs every single time. They said it will be fixed for good but have yet to hold that statement true. Avoid this place unless you are okay with that.

Hello! This place has good space for the living but the maintenance of it makes it uninhabitable for our apartment. The trash has been piled up outside in our hallway for 2 and a half weeks making the bugs, roaches and maggots infesting our area. We have complained to management multiple times and they continually tell us to be patient but it’s gotten to the point that we as residents have to take out the piles of trash by ourselves in order to live without a terrible smell and to have access to another entry way.
