Villas of Waterford Apartments

Don't live here if you care about being comfortable and having money. I'm DISGUSTED with how these apartments are cared for. Every single window in my unit has a failed seal, there is a gum-wrappers worth of insulation in my floors, and I live above 4 non-climate controlled garages. My apartment is disgustingly expensive to heat and cool, and it's not even comfortable when doing it. $300 electric bills in the winter just to be cold at 63 degrees. The lowest electricity bill I've ever had was $150, and that was during the month of June while having the AC off for 80% of the month. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. maintenance doesn't care, and neither does management. I was told to my face "all of the units are like that, if we fixed yours we'd have to fix everyone's." DON'T LIV

Apartments in general is decent. They used to keep all door closed which is now always open so society is not secure in general with small kids as anyone can come inside. It's no more gated society. There is no Laundromat onsite however they do have plugin in apartment. Good maintanance.

Took Maintenance two weeks to respond to my request, but the three bathroom issues I was having were efficiently resolved when they did respond. Much appreciated.

My air conditioner went out and they acted quickly! They made sure I had a portable air conditioner unit overnight and the next day they were able to fix the issue. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The model homes were lovely. I would have liked updated appliances. The staff was friendly and professional.
