My auntie stayed at these apartments a few years back and they never she didn't have no AC in her apartment for over a year after she paid rent they never came to fix her AC and my auntie is elderly I'm glad these apartments are shut down and that's my honest opinion

Now that miss Patricia is gone everything's going down hill haven't had hot water for a week already as well as other tendents. The neighbors moved out next door and all their roaches came to my house. I just want out of my lease !!!!

I’ve lived here for about half a year it sucks hearing nothing ever ever gets done. They change managers like crazy maintenance sucks if you have nasty neighbors expect to get roaches even if you’re a clean person, nobody could ever sleep in this neighborhood apartment. The music is always loud until three in the morning there’s always something going on here, the managers and Maintenance are sketchy as hell. I would not recommend moving here even if you have kids not safe at all.

I had to change my review after having a few unattended issues. I will say if you don't want issues don't move here. Your request fall on deaf ears! I had a leak for over a month but you can tell from the ceiling it's been an on going problem and the water had to escape from somewhere. Everybody, who stays in my apartment for a day or two is getting sick, including me and I never get sick! I told manager and owner about checking for mold and nothing. Finally, got the hole fixed after calling the owner personally but nothing about checking for mold. My next step is to call the news! These could be some very nice apartments, if they were in the hands of ppl who cared about their tenants and their tenants well being. I tried to be patient and understanding but cant wait to move!

Don't do it been here almost a year and all of my work orders have been swept under the rug. The manager will not stay on subject about anything but will tell you all the people she punched and how many cops she calls. Never in the office and when she is she talks to and talks and talks until you just want to leave. Been asking for my doorframe to get fixed since we moved in last year but told us we were going to have to pay for it. There is rust and holes in my sink, and tub. Oh and you can never get mail here because she blames Maintenance for not fixing it and the first time said the mail people didn't lock it right. Feels like nothing will ever be done but let us not pay rent then we gone here something. Again don't come here you gone be in for the biggest headache of all time
