Yes I am pissed off. I am upset. I am not pleased with this place. The level of discrimination against certain tenants like me is insane. I wish I could upload pictures to show you the amount of snow that is NOW ICE that is on my porch and all around my door and show everyone a video or pictures of my porch compared to EVERYBODY else porch. What did I do to be singled out and be discriminated against. I stay to myself, keep my rent paid on time, take care of my unit and this is what I get back, and I am supposed to want to renew my lease and stay here longer? Yall should see the amount of ice on my door and porch and look at everyone else porch. Never had confrontation with anyone, respected staff, property manager and this is how it turns out. I am not okay with the experience here along
It's a real hole in the wall, but it's the only affordable place in Richmond. Mice, roaches, etc. An expensive project setting. The only good thing here is Rob, the maintenance man , and pest control Andrew, he lowered the mice problem. And Robert does his best to fix your maintenance needs. If you can afford somewhere else, go 4, it so 3yrs ago they added an extra 49$ a month for the upcoming renovation , which never got done. Now, this year, they're add 50$ a month for a washer and dryer I've had since I moved in. Which never spins the clothes dry. It's a bunch of new gang members walking around. If you can afford not to come her, I truly would not suggest it. It gets worse with each year that passes. Forgot to add the dog park they want you to pay 250 for each animal. 30$ a month.
Just wanted to add an updated review. Unless you are comfortable living however, probably isn’t the best place for you. The complex needs to be renovated completely and I hope everyone who has no choice but to stay here doesn’t have to suffer. Times are hard right now and I like many others had no choice but to choose this complex. If you end up moving here please advocate for yourself everyday! Use this place as stepping stone DO NOT STAY HERE PAST TWO YEARS!!!! Take your time and pay off your credit and get something in your own name. You need a 585 with a co-signer and 640 to get a USDA LOAN. Buy a home and stop throwing your money away. If you have no choice demand better conditions and renovations!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I've lived here for going on 4 years. Im still waiting on maintenance calls to be completed from 2021-2022. Majority of most things that have been fixed or adjusted in my apartment have been because of me having to do it myself! There have been several management changes and each one ends up doing less than the others or is just completely worse than the previous. A white female came from the headquarters on a day in September and while I politely asked her questions about when my living space would be taken care of she proceeded to be disrespectful, unhelpful, and upset when I described how poor the maintenance staff and leasing office is ran. Rent is normally paid on the 1st through the 5th. Today is November 7th, a Thursday and two days after rent was due. Ou
DO NOT APPLY HERE!! This has been the worst application experience I have ever gone through. I wish I didn't have to leave any star to leave a review because I wouldn't even give it one star at this point. First of all, it feels impossible to ever get anyone to answer the phone, no matter what time or what day you call; same with emails. You have to always go there in person just to get someone to speak to you, which isn't easy for me since this is almost 40 minutes away from where I currently live and I work a full-time job. So I finally get the chance to apply and I get approved so I go to give my $500 security deposit (which is also the LOWEST deposit, might I add). After that I receive nothing - no follow up, no further information about when I should be expecting my welcome letter, no
