Villas of Mur-Len

They finally replaced the corroded and rust ridden 21 year old water heater with a used one. I can't see manufacture date on it, but don't see any visible corrosion on tank. Having said that, however, foul odor in apartment is back. It obviously speaks to a much bigger problem in apartment and possibly, building i.e., mold, water damage, etc. I also happened on to this little nugget today, see attached photo. Who knew I rented a 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit with indoor and an outdoor facility. The photo is of an abandoned toilet on patio below me. It is such a beautiful sight to behold.
