Lived here for 2+ years. Quiet location, everything nearby. Apartments are decent size at relatively reasonable cost. Gated access, package receiving service, clean parking lots and most importantly management is responsive. Left in '21, hope the broken washing machine incident doesn't happen quite often anymore. Given opportunity, I'd move back.

Poorly maintained - during a two-year tenancy, water kept seeping in whenever there was hard rain. Management was informed multiple times and they sent someone out to adjust the sprinklers, which made absolutely no sense. Several ruined pieces of furniture later, we moved, with no attempts to repair or to address our own losses. Then, of course, we receive a letter afterwards billing us for repairs. I have managed multi-tenant properties (residential and commercial) for a decade, and I am surprised at the lack of proper maintenance or even attempts to address a constant water leak like this. Video and photo attached. There are also constant roaches of varying sizes, regardless of the number of traps we wasted our money on.

These apartments are very bad. Like.. really bad. The washing machines DO NOT work. Maybe 2 of 5 work. The rest are either empty or have nasty murky water in them. The security here is also bad, the laundromats are often broken into and the washing machines are broken in order to take the coins. The next morning the locks are destroyed and the coinboxes are also destroyed. Also, the jacuzzi hasn’t worked for 3 whole years. Sometimes its empty, has yucky green water, or super cold. The normal pools are dirty too. The doggy parks are FILLED with poop and the people who do that never receives punishment. Another thing, the soda machines were vandalized multiple times throughout last year and they were taken elsewhere. We never got those back. The list could just go ON and ON. I’ve lived here
