Villas of Jonesboro

If you love your older (55+) family, DO NOT let them move into The Villas of Jonesboro on Patrick. These apartments claim to be safe for our elderly community but yet the gate has worked maybe 3 months out of the 18 months my mother in law has lived here. They increased the rent after the first year even though you can not use any of the amenities they claim to offer. Pool has been shut down since she moved here, residents have harassed her about using the pool the 2 weeks it was open because she allowed her grandchildren to come swim with her one day. Someone has tried to break into her apartment and even left blood on her doorstep from it! Someone DID enter her apartment while she was gone and left the toilet seat up and the tv on. They claim to have a gym, hair salon, movie theater, etc

I would give it a minus rating if I could. Have been here since 2017. We have had over 8 leasing agent. Work orders take at least 3 months to get fixed. The pool has only been open 2 years in that time. The hot tub has never been open. Trying to find another place to live. The rent is to high for what we get. I would not suggest anyone to move over here
