Villas of Estancia Real Estate

Buyers and renters beware!! I live here with my sister who has purchased one of these condos a several years ago. She rented it out for majority of those years before we decided to move in together and move back to Jacksonville for work. This HOA is the WORST! Constantly demanding my sister have us fill out a rental application, submit a background check, and pay an $1,800 deposit. She owns this condo and I’m not a rental applicant. Despite the several emails explaining this they never respond and just send the same email over again. One of the HOA members that lives two doors down from us and is borderline stalking us at this point. She followed me outside yelling that our dogs can’t use the bathroom in the communal grounds around the property one of which our dogs is disabled and can’t w

I was looking for a home in Jacksonville. At least one friend told me this place was beautiful. Maybe my hopes for it were too high and that's why I was disappointed. There was nothing seriously wrong with it. But there was nothing beautiful about it either. I found the homes to be plain. Very plain. And too tightly packed together. I kept looking and found a far more suitable place.

Pretty decent quality home, physically. Rarely have issues. Landlord is great. Yardwork every Tuesday morning is annoying. Something that bothers the hell out of me is the security guards that take photos of everybodys car every night and have their annoying flashing lights on for no reason

I contacted Nest Finders Property Management for unit 11332/1, they asked me to deposit $80 for the application fee which I did, and later they said it's rented out to someone else and that fee is not refundable. The property ad was active/available when I paid them.

Meanwhile the drama continues at Villas of Estancia - do not move here! You will regret it tremendously! I lived there for two years no problem until a bad neighbor moved in - stalker!
