Villas of Eastwood Terrace

Stopped by today and had such a pleasant interaction with Keven at Villas of Eastwood Terrace. The staff was helpful, informative, and had a great attitude. The community is lovely and clearly well cared for, definitely worth checking out! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My visit to the Villas of Eastwood Terrace was absolutely delightful. I was greeted by the Assistant manager, Keven, as I inquired about the community. I met the manager and they both were very professional and pleasant. I received valuable information and superior service on my visit. Thanks so much 😊

I started my apartment search for my parents today but all day no luck. I drive into Villas of Eastwood Terrace. I was met with a friendly, warm and welcoming smile from Brenda Reese. She listened to my needs and was extremely supportive of helping find a place for my parents. She made my day better! She is the best! Thank you, Brenda!

It doesn't get any better that this. Excellent staff, well kept grounds, and plenty of friendly residents to make new friends with. Mom loves it here. I'm sure yours will too.

They harassed the tenants and they pick and choose of what tenants they like and allow certain rules for. When the managers are emotional they feel like they can talk and disrespect the older women there with no consequences. Whoever own needs villas need to come evaluate the employees here. The women in the front office have no idea what they're doing. Dogs cats and even chickens run around this whole complex.
