Came here to look at apartments and staff was extremely accommodating. We took some time to decide and later wanted to view a different apartment, so we came back a couple weeks later and the staff recognized us, again, accommodated our walk-in visit, and showed us exactly what we asked to see. Leslie was very helpful throughout the application process and clarified and questions I had. We appreciated her knowledge, helpfulness, and willingness to work with our less-typical situation. Definitely glad my child wanted to check this place out

Went to go take a look at these apartments that i found on Reddit and the leasing agent was very kind and helpful. It sucks because I forgot her name but she showed me all the units I was interested in. She didn't rush me or anything. She is super nice and very kind hearted and sweet. The complex itself is very beautiful. Hopefully I will be a resident soon :) But even if I am not, the leasing agent made my experience a very comfortable one.

Overall, my experience living at this apartment community has been solid. The property is generally kept up, and the common areas are maintained well enough for everyday living. The office staff has been helpful and responsive when I’ve reached out with questions or concerns. Communication has been straightforward, and I appreciate that they’re willing to work with residents when issues come up. Maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable timeframe, and the staff has been respectful when entering the unit. While no place is perfect, things are addressed when reported, which I value. In general, this is a decent place to live with a management team that makes an effort to support residents. I’d recommend it to someone looking for a reasonably well managed community.

I have lived here a year and I'm happy to say that the management here has worked with me to resolve any and all issues amiably. I hað a significant roaçh problem and management had an extermination company to do a verÿ thorough deep èx̌termination which was followed up on for a month. I am happy to say that I'm roach free now. The apartments are a great size and management and maintenance are great.

had a tour with monica & she was very kind & had answered all of our questions. would definitely recommend come checking out the property! it is very nice inside & out! look forward to making this our new home.
